Winter Half Hog Delivery!

A half hog costs $340. You will receive 70 lbs of pork. You will need to choose what sausage you would like and we will need to find a time to connect for delivery/pick up.

*9 lbs Bacon

*4 lbs Cottage Bacon or Pork Steaks

*12 lbs Sausage

*16 lbs Hams or Ham Steaks or 10 lbs Deli Ham

*2 Shoulder Roasts 3 lbs each

*8 pkgs Pork Chops (2/pkg, 1” thick)

*2 Boneless Loin End Roasts

*1 Tenderloins

*1 Ribs

*2 Smoked Hocks

*Lard
